How I love the city of Atlanta (expect for the traffic!!!)! Another AC Hotel experience and what a beautiful hotel and a great training week! I learned a TON from my fellow training partners, got in all my workouts for the week, shared in a first time experience with another trainer and all in all just had an amazing week full of laughter, side eye glances and some random photo shoots when the moments presented themselves! Thanks to my 2 counter parts for the week who gave me guidance before we arrived on the "AC Look" (hence my shopping spree before I left for the ATL) and for teaching me this week since now I have my training wheels off and in the words of Joe O. "I'm a real trainer now!!!"
I felt super tiny as I fit in the mill work in the front lobby of the hotel...it was wide enough, but just not quite deep enough as I couldn't get my lets in!!!
Some say peer pressure, others say accountability! Making sure that the squad keeps on track with our workouts....#PR2016....in less than 2 months!!!!!
So Maricela was a tattoo virgin...she decided that she wanted a tattoo and I of course couldn't let her go at it alone.....I found this character picture of Bea Arthur a few weeks ago and was holding on to it for future reference....no time like the present!
The Beverage trainer for AC has a restaurant in ATL called 1Kept and it is an amazing place! We went there for a group dinner one night, it was amazing from the food, the beverages, the service and the company wasn't half bad either!
The bar 1Kept was below the tattoo shop, so when we went back the next night to get our tattoos we stopped in for a drink. They had a party earlier in the day at the bar and had this giant Gatorade cooler of Mimosa's on the counter....we didn't drink any but couldn't pass up the opportunity to take a few pictures (with the bartenders help to stage the area!!!) PS and then they have us a bottle of them to go that we then enjoyed on the hotel patio!!!

When you find the opening ribbon that was in the back office...you rock it like New York Fashion Week! Give me sexy cat eyes!!!!
Then you find the bucket of plant moss in the back office that the designer is using to decorate the hotel and decide to use it as accents while getting some serious work done!
I've always wanted a blue bag.....there happened to be one next door! It was the best experience!!!!
